reached singapore at bout 11+. headed home, grabed my school stuffs n left for class. haha... not that tiring considering i was sleeping thruout the whole journey home.

anyways, i was expecting a call from apple to say that they're delivering my book. but till today, still nothing. checked my email for a confirmation email from there. still nothing. so i went to check my order status at their webby. and this is wat i got..
so apparently there's some problem with the payment n i am to call them up to check. so i did.. they said that the have not received the payment as there seems to be a problem. was adviced to check with my bank.
fine.. i called dbs. they said that there has not been any deduction. then was passed over to the cards section n they said that there's no block on my card. then they asked if there's sufficient amount in the account. of coz there is la..
operator: how much are you transferring?
me: 3.6
operator: oh.. $3.60.
me: !!! What? no! 3.6K
operator: oh.. i think you're over the transaction limit.
me: how much is the limit?
operator : i'm not too sure. i check it for you. pls hold
me: !! ok...
*a minute later*
operator: sir
me: yea?
operator : ok the limit per transaction is actually 3.5 n yours is definitely over the limit.
me: hmm...
*pauses*
me: so what can i do about this? (wah.. need me to ask ah?)
operator : we can do a manual transaction.
me: ?? n how do i do that? *rolls eyes*
operator : what you can do is you get apple to contact their servicing back n for their bank to contact us. we will transfer the money accordingly.
me: ok. is this the case for ALL transaction?
operator : yes. this is to prevent any fraud cases.
me: no way i can increase it?
operator : its for the good of the customers. so should their cards be stolen blah blah blah blah blah blah...
me: *thinks to myself - right... 3.5 PER transaction. that person can still make 10 transactions at 3.5 each right????* oh ok then. thanks
*puts down the phone*

ok i cant remember wat exactly was exchanged between us. as a matter of fact, i dun really understand her english. not broken but the slang was euw
anyways, i told her than i called earlier n was told that there was a problem with the payment n i was to check with the back. so i told her than i've checked and apparently there is a limit to the amount i can spend per transaction. n my purchase actually exceeded the limit. so to resolve this problem, you are to contact your servicing bank, to get them to contact my bank, for the transaction to be successful. then she blurly asked if i'm on installment plan. HUH?!?! arent you looking at my order statement, where in that is it written that its on installment? i told her that no i'm paying it in full using the card. n then all i am able to make out frmo wat she mumbled was that all this is settled by the payment side n something about her being not sure wat the problem is now or something like that la.. nonsense right. you're the person to go to, to check about the order.. n now you're saying you dunno. was pissed i just said ok n put down the phone.
sometimes i can be too nice to not be so demanding. i mean.. i should have gotten my stuff on friday. or monday the latest considering saturday is a working day for them. yet i din get it. but ok fine... perhaps there was some delay in shipping or watever. but wat pisses me off is the fact that they din call to inform me about the problem. expect me to keep track of my order status online? in this case i was overseas n was busy with other stuffs to check the status.. so because of this... its been delayed for so many days. n SO MANY DAYS n they din even call to inform me of the problem!!
n seriously, get ppl who can SPEAK good english. spoke to 4 person today.. 2 from apple n 2 from dbs. all 4... i had to listen properly to get wat they're saying. sheesh!!

dan was tellin me to complain straight to the head or something. he got the email. hmm.. i decided to be nice n give them one more day to settle this mess. if its still not settled by tomorrow, i might. ruz said i was too nice. im said since the payment have not been made yet, cancel it. then call dbs to get them to increase the limit for this one transaction. then to order it again.
tomorrow.... its just a day away........
