The one about hospital

grandpapa got pushed into the operating theater at bout 12++ just now. doc came out at 1630 or so to say that the ops' completed. but he gotta stay inside awhile longer for his condition to stabalise before released into the intensive care area (ica). n that awhile was 4hrs later at 2030. gosh.. all of us waiting anxiously for him to be pushed out. eyes were open but i guess he's still pretty dazed. think he wanted to talk but nothing came out. when the nurses were ok with him in the ward, we finally get to really see him. supposed to be 2 visitors at a time but we went in 4 at a time. felt super sad to see him like that. after awhile i could hear him complain that it hurts as his anesthesia's slowly wearing off. i cant even imagine the pain later. *sobs sobs* my eyes were all teary just now but fought hard to keep the taps closed. *takes in a deep deep breath*
bout 9++ n we were shoo-ed away by the nurses, in a polite way lar. but my uncle stayed overnight there. there'll always be someone there, all taking shifts. he's gonna be in the ica under close observation for the next 72hrs. really really really really pray/wish/hope that things'll all really be ok n he'll be back on his feet REAL SOON!! 60% of his liver was cut off during the ops. according to the doc, for a young person, it should take bout 3wks before the liver goes back to 100%. for my grandpapa, should take slightly longer. as long as he's feeling n IS fine during this recuperative period... i'm Good.
