The one about apple

called apple y'day at 4.
apparently the service centre is already closed.
they work til 6 standard Eastern Time.
bleh!
but the gurl gave me an extension number to call today.

so called first thing in the morning.
ok second thing, as i bathed first.

dialed the direct extention..
told her the problem..
and she said i should have called customer relation.
so i tried my best to hold it allll in..
n told her i was given her ext to call y'day.
then she passed me over to customer relations.
which took a long time by the way.

so Tarek picked up the call..
and blah blah blah...
he said i gotta talk to the technical staff first
so they can understand better the situation.
that was it.. haha
my tone changed, asking him why i'm being passed ard?!
i mean. c'mon man.. he's the 3rd person i've talked to already.
the technical guy's gonna be the 4th!
can someone just pass me to the ONE GUY whom i can talk to
and who will handle everything for me???
then he repeated and told me
he's in the position to empower a replacement batt
but i gotta talk to the technical person.

so i waited whilst he pass the line over to the technical staff..
realised that i've been on the phone for half hour now
and yet i cant get it settled.
when tarek picked up the phone,
he asked that i wait a lil longer whilst.
asking for it you know...
so told him to give me a direct number for me to call later
cause i gotta rush out..
and that its been half hour with nothing done.
then he apologised and asked me to wait another 2 mins max.

i waited. he got back to me.
tarek: thank you for waiting. giving out the wrong parts to customer is virtually impossible. i don know how you end up getting the wrong adapter. what i'll do now is we'll send the new adapter to your house. then you can dispose of the current one.
blah blah blah...
FINALLY!!
n the impossible is nothing. everything is possible.
apple's service still suck.
but i still like their products.
BLEH!
its a lovehate relationship.
