went to watch the simpsons with yani and imran.
damn funny show larr...
love those yellow 4 fingered people.

tot of slacking at starbucks
but cant find an unoccupied seat thats got a powerpoint lar.
ended up walking to orchard library.
yani wanted to leech stuffs from me n imran you see..
n imran's hdd needs to be connected to a powerpoint.
even in orchard library, we cant get seats near one.
so she ended up leeching songs from me ipod only.

chris, dan, faqrus and jiewei reached juz nice at 7.
we headed for desa kartika
whilst yani went off to meet her other frens.
we started our usual rituals -
crapping/joking/laughing/snaptwisting.
haaa....
we went ahead with the set dinner.
yogen, the manager i think, whom i spoke to on the phone..
is a very nice guy! initially there was beef rendang
in the set menu. but cause jiewei don eat beef,
i asked if he could replace it with some other things
and he said he could replace it with mutton if i can confirm the menu.
then he got back to me after dicussing with his cooks
that to order mutton for one dish serving only
is quite tough and instead would switch it to some other dishes instead.
of course i was fine with it lar.

so we sat down.. started crapping
whilst they started serving..
the usual appetizers of keropok with sambal blacan.
faqrus said "i don eat sambal blacan"
only to totally coat the entire kropok in sambal blacan seconds later.
after which he ended up drinking so much water.
by then.. we had given chris his first present..
a 50dollar levis cash voucher..

then other dishes starts coming in..
tahu telur, ikan sambal, sotong sambal
udang sauce, ayam goreng, sambal kangkong.
food's nice toooooooo...
we asked for refills of rice
cause to eat the sambal fish on its own..
is super hot!!
wats odd was... the waiter took the container which she uses to serve the rice...
n went out of the restaurant!
we were like "huh??? where is she going? rice finish???"
hahaha minutes later she came back.
we assumed they "borrowed" rice from sanur??
by then he manager came over and said
"we are gonna give you guys a complimentary dish..
would you like the ayam goreng?"
but minutes before that...
we were raving about how nice the tahu telur was
and was just thinkin of ordering another huge plate of it.
soo... we said "erm.. can we have another plate of tahu telur instead?"
to which he replied "sure no problem!"
haaa... then they served the rice and apologised for the wait.
which i must say wasnt thaattt long oso lar...

us being us.. made such a racket lar..
then again there werent all that many ppl dining oso.
we were lke the life of the restaurant.
haahaha...
we gave chris the 2nd and 3rd part of his gifts..
a pair of niice slippers..
and a cutee doraemon scooter ornament.
other ppl won understand this
but its inside joke and everything means something.
of course we al laughed it off lar.
n there chris was cursing at uss... hahahaha
the 2 waitresses kept looking over at us
and laughing along. hahaha

then later the manager came over again ..
this time with a bowl of
according to imran, opor ayam.
nice lar the gravy..

finally done with eating, we gave chris his final present..
a nicely wrapped box of........
UNDERWEAR!!!!
another inside joke.
n the very second he caught a glimpse of wat was inside..
he burst out laughing.
n i really mean BURST out laughing.
of course we all followed.
we made him took it out
and pose with it for the camera.
its a bright yellow in color
with bright orange trimmings and bands
with 2 limecolored lines in the front
and a "pistol" pic at the back.
the waitresses say n were laughing oso larr...
n other ppl walking past on the outside
throw us the weird look.
haha..

us :eh chris, try it out lar.. see if its ok or not..
chris :huh?!?!
waitress walks over to refill out drinks
waitress: its ok la! :)
we all burst out laughing again..

asked for the bill,
paid,
thanked the waitresses and the manager
n left.

us :bring us when you wanna buy the levi's jeans!
chris:i can go buy after this!!

n so we did..
we ended up walking over to PS..
haa.. n he bought a pair of denims.
err i forgot which model.
supposed to be a straight cut
but cause his legs were so skinny...
it ended up looking like a bootcut one.
hahaha.. he ended up paying oni 50bucks for it.
they're having some discounts lar..

walked ard somemore..
went to carrefour to look at chocs
cause imran wanted to get some..
paid
and disbanded.
me faqrus jiewei on the NEL then EW line to the west.
chris to the NS line to the north.
n imran n dan took the NS line then EW line to the east.
