called epicentre just now..
to ask about sending me lappy over
for servicing.
so here's how the teleconversation went..

CSO [cust serv officer] : hello..
me : (!!hello only??) hi. i'd like to enquire more about
sending me lappy for servicing. its possible to send it to epicentre right?

CSO : yes.
me : ok. roughly how long will it take?

CSO : that depends.
me : ok so roughly if its just reformatting and perhaps cleaning?

CSO : i dunt know.
me : typically?

CSO : when you come over, they'll tell you the price as well as the time taken.
me : if its under warranty?

CSO : then they'll tell you when you can collect
me : ok bye.

see the lackadaisical response i get??
i dont know, period???
din even bother asking if its under warranty.
sheesh la..
so i just said bye and
hang up the phone.

am i having too high of an expectation
of customer's services??
i don think i am.
even if i've never been in a call centre,
i don think i'm too demanding.
right?



anyways,
